Enquiry forms collect the contact and sourcing details you provide to respond to your request. The ingredient assistant keeps its conversation in this page only; reloading clears it. When AI replies are enabled, your recent messages and relevant draft catalog entries are sent to OpenAI. Responses are requested without application storage; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Bozons does not store chat text. To limit misuse, AI requests store a daily hashed network identifier and timestamps; counters older than 48 hours are removed during later assistant requests. Do not send payment details, passwords, medical information or confidential formulas. Contact Bozons through the contact page for privacy enquiries. Use the contact page to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled through that external service.
